We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our small but dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations across the company.


Job requirements

Position Title: Operations Associate

Seniority Level: Intermediate

Location: Cape Town/ Johannesburg

Contract Type: Permanent


  • Collaborate with team members to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Monitoring enforcement of all processes across the group..

  • Create documentation and guidelines to ensure processes are clearly understood and followed by team members.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Work closely with team leads and team members to enforce process adherence and address any non-compliance issues.

  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.

  • Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact operations.


Advantageous

  • Previous experience in operations, process development, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Experience working in the software development industry.
